Line 3 Connected to Kecun Station Project.Da-Xiao shield
tunnelling Project in Line 4,Shi-Pan shield tunnelling Project
and Tian-Hua shield tunnelling Project in Line 3, Che-Wan shield
tunnelling Project in Line 4, and Yuan-Che shield tunnelling
Project in Line 5.
Guangzhou Dunjian possesses 8
shield tunnelling machines and other supplementary equipment,and
has completed constructing over 33km shield tunnelling works.
Guangzhou Dunjian applied
advanced construction technology in the city municipal tunnel
construction. Based on the full assimilating of the domestic and
foreign shield tunnelling design and construction technology,
Guangzhou Dunjian has succeeded in using and developing several
pioneering technology in the construction of Guangzhou subway
which is called the Geological Museum.For the first time
Guangzhou Dunjian applied the 1.5 metre extra wide segment,the
advanced tunnel waterproof technology imported from Europe, the
technology of shields tail synchronous grouting and SLS-T
Guidance system. By its strength in equipment and
innovation,Guangzhou Dunjian completed the construction of
Chi-Lu shield tunnelling Project with high quality and high
efficiency, and this project won the Silver Medal of National
High Quality Project awarded by the National Quality Prize
Approved Committee of Engineering Construction in 2005.
In the construction of Guangzhou
Metro line 3 and line 4,Guangzhou Dunjian met with the complex
geological problem and mutable ground environment,and
successfully solved the hard problems of the shield tunnelling
machines passing through the city dense buildings, the pile
foundation works, the high-speed railways, the mixed face ground
conditions, the weathering zone of spherical granite and the
sand bed which were well-known over the world.
Guangzhou Dunjian has applied
the technology for Separate Launching of Shield Machines and
Compressed Air Work for many a time during the construction of
the domestic city subway tunnel, which makes an effective
attempt to improving the adaptability and the efficiency of the
shield tunnelling construction.Now Guangzhou Dunjian has
developed reliable and mature technology and operating
instructions on Separate Launching of Shield Machines and
Compressed Air Work. The research of "The Application of New
Shield Tunneling Technologies in Guangzhou Metro¡±, organized by
Guangzhou Dunjian, won the second prize of Scientific and
Technological Award of Guangdong Province. In addition, other
several QC achievements won Excellent Prize awarded by the
government.

since founded in 1999, Guangzhou Dunjian has held the
